Success by Coaching

What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative relationship between a client and coach, who work together to identify goals and develop an action plan to attain the desired results.  The goal of coaching is to support the client in living a fulfilling life, while holding the client accountable for taking the actions necessary to reach identified objectives.  Together we examine your hopes and dreams for the future and map out a path for your journey.

Coaching is not psychotherapy.  The client is considered healthy, creative, and resourceful.  The focus is on personal and professional growth, not on emotional vulnerabilities.

Coaching is not consulting.  The client is the expert in his/her own life.  Coaches provide support and accountability, not advice.
