Schedule Appointments

All appointments are scheduled promptly.  Our intake receptionist is available Monday through Friday at 508-238-7766, extension 200.  If she is unavailable, she has a confidential voicemail.  Since we cannot ensure privacy using electronic communications, we do not use the internet or e-mails for scheduling appointments.  However, we will respond promptly to telephone inquiries.  Any return calls are made with your guidance as to when and where you would like to be called, and how you would  like us to identify ourselves.  Throughout our intake process every effort is made to protect your confidentiality.

Our intake receptionist can also provide additional information about our services.  On the occasion when we are not able to be of help, we will do our very best to assist you in finding the appropriate referral elsewhere.

Insurance Coverage

All clinicians are licensed in their respective fields.  Many have affiliations and appointments at local medical schools, graduate schools, and hospitals.  As a group, we have contracts with most of the managed care and insurance companies.  We will do our very best to verify your insurance coverage, but we do encourage all clients to contact their own health insurance plans to learn the specifics of their coverage.  We will do our best to assist you in this sometimes complicated process.  Questions about insurance coverage or fees should go to our Billing Office at 508-238-7766, extension 210 or 211.
